These come in a variety of sizes - the micro and mini ones being ideal for facials. The larger ones for body massage.
They consist of a crystal sphere or oval with a crystal point attached.
The sphere or oval is used for massaging an area of pain or blockage or just for relaxation - best used on its own but if the skin is too dry then use with an aromatherapy oil / gel or baby oil.
Place the sphere on the body and start to move it in circular '8' patterns - slowly increasing the size as the blockage clears.
The point can either be placed on or just above the centre of a specific area that is causing concern - but care should be taken as the point can be sharp and the concentration of energy flowing down will be high.
Acupressure- by far our most popular - for Wand Therapy - Acupressure was first developed in Asia 5000 years ago.
These wands are approx. 11cm in length with a Quartz oval at the top with a further crystal set in the side.
Using gentle but firm pressure on the pulse points or muscles the wand helps to relieve pain, balancing the body to help reduce muscular tension and stress.
It is also said to help increase circulation.
They are worked with by Aromatherapists, Crystal Therapists, Massagers and Reflexologists to name but a few.
A range has been added - not strictly 'wands'.
They are absolutely brilliant for massage - they were originally brought over as Crystal Ball Stands but they have been snapped up at all the Workshops I do because they are so easy to handle.
Forget about all the plastic 'massagers'.
