Vintage Crescent Moon Face Iridescent (Aqua Aura) Cast Iron Incense - Offering - Ashtray
Definitely Vintage but more than likely a lot earlier as it was my Grandfathers - there are a lot of brass versions but this is I'm pretty sure - cast iron. It has an iridescent sheen to it - which verges on the effect that comes with applying gold to a Quartz (Aqua Aura). Technically I know in its previous guise it was an ashtray, but now it can equally work as a really unusual Incense burner, as an Offering Dish or other mystical and magical purposes.
The surface is worn in places. It measures approx.14.5cm x 8.5cm and weighs 410gms.

Antique, Old, Traditional, Aged, Vintage, Dated, Period, Historical, Retro, Pre-loved - they are all words to describe what? Nowadays too many items are defined as something they're not, so as we were told if you find something you like or mayhap even love, then buy them. Your choice - it's too late when they're gone.

An eclectic mix of new, old but 'new' but mostly pre-loved items which need to find new homes. As most items in this section are pre-loved they will have some wear in one form or another. Many have never been used ‘new' but I have had them a while, or as the website transforms there will be more new items added. All the items and their conditions have been described as accurately as possible. The photographs are part of those descriptions.
