Please note that as of the 25th May 2018 our database prior to this will have been deleted completely unless you agreed to go on the new one.
Our computers use some of the best security options available.
Anyone who has dealt with me over the last almost two decades knows (probably to my detriment) I only send out emails once in a blue moon.
Cookies (computer ones) are beyond me - I do have the occasional Chocolate digestives on my workshops - to my detriment I don't do re-marketing - might in the future but it will appear in the PP somewhere once I have figured out what it is and what to do with it. If it takes too much time then it won't happen.
The only personal information on our computer / website I have/ had / or will have is your name, address, telephone number and email address which has always been in the past given to me freely. You have probably got more on your mobiles about family and friends than I have about clients. I can also more or less guarantee that Tescos (other supermarkets are available) definitely have more info on your loyalty card than I ever will.
If you have purchased goods or services in the past or are about to then of course I have a record of what you have had, but any financial information is done through my financial service providers PayPal and my shopping cart hosts Mal’s ecommerce. I have absolutely no idea what your credit/debit card information is and would not have any interest in knowing or storing it - cannot remember mine half of the time so seriously don't want yours.
I at present use The Royal Mail for deliveries so I have to tell them your name and address or you won’t get your order.
The only third party buttons on my website is probably to DotGo. If I am doing an event somewhere then I will put their website address but not a hyperlink. If you go off to someone else's website then I have to tell you to read their PP and I have no control over their content.
I will never divulge your information to third parties unless I am compelled to by law. If you want to read the full legal jargon then read on:
