Each Crystal Riddle Artwork is an original (unless otherwise stated) - please do not try to buy more than one.

The names Crystal Riddle Artwork, The Crystal's Song and all images and original artwork are copyrighted © by me Rebecca Waldron-Smith. The use of any image from this site or from an original or copy artwork is prohibited unless prior written permission from me (the artist) is obtained.

Riddle & Rhymes

All riddles & rhymes used throughout this website are copyrighted © by Rebecca Waldron-Smith.  The use of these from this site or from an original or copy artwork is prohibited unless prior written permission from the writer (author) is obtained.

Payment Options

When an Artwork is purchased at my showroom I use a  PayPal card machine for all Credit / Debit card transactions.  I accept card payments through PayPal only, as I have found this is the safest for both you and myself. I am not given and do not hold any financial information you may give them.   

Cash and BACS payments will generate a receipt on request.

Damaged Goods

All Artwork purchased will be thoroughly inspected by yourself prior to your accepting them.

Returns and Refunds

As the Artwork is inspected at the time of purchase, therefore I do not accept returns.

Complaints

I really hope that you don't, but should you have any complaints please contact me in confidence by email giving details of your complaint and your suggestion of how we can resolve the situation. I will act as quickly as possible to rectify any problem you have with our goods or services.

Measurements

All measurements given on this website are approximate although I do try to describe my Artwork as accurately as I can. If you want to Zoom or WhatsApp me to see them before you visit then please ask.

Disputes, Law, Jurisdiction and Language

Crystals by Enchantment, 2Dvine, Crystal Riddle Artwork, The Crystal's Song, The Pillow Box Crystal Co., and Rebecca Waldron-Smith are based in England and are governed by English law. Any dispute shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law whereupon the English courts shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.

Any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website (ie your purchase and our delivery) are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English.

All pictures, riddles & rhymes, written words and product descriptions held on www.2dvine.co.uk, www.crystalsbyenchantment.com and www.rebeccawaldronsmith.co.uk are the sole property of Rebecca Waldron-Smith and may not be used or copied without written permission from Rebecca Waldron-Smith.
